Defibrillator: The Carracastle AED Group are seeking donations for the upkeep of the Defibrillator. This is a very important piece of equipment for the Community. Envelopes are provided at the Church doors & place in collection basket. Thank you for donations received.

Personal Best Programme This eight-week (two hours per week) training course for unemployed people will commence in Swinford on Monday April 22nd from 10.30 am to 12.30pm. The course covers topics such as exploring self esteem, stress management, motivation skills, embracing change and setting realistic goals which will help you reach your personal best in 2013.
