Prayer Vigil for Life before the Blessed Sacrament - An hour of prayer before the Blessed Sacrament will take place in Carracastle Church following Mass on this Saturday evening.The intentions: in thanksgiving for the gift of Life; asking God's help in the matter of the protection of human life, especially at its weakest and most vulnerable stages;asking a blessing on all expectant mothers and parents; asking for guidance for lawmakers; in reparation for the sins against life; in thanksgiving for the wonderful commitment of doctors , nurses and other medical personnel.
Carracastle Cemetery Mass will be on Sunday 4th August at 11.30am, Bank Holiday weekend. Envelopes will be distributed to ask your annual contribution towards maintenance.

Caiseal Gaels U14 Represented Mayo at the Connacht GAA U14 Feile Day in Woodmount recently. Best of luck to the U13's in the League Final against Wesport this weekend. Minors were defeated by Ballyhaunis recently.
