Scoil Iosa Hurling Success:  Congratulations to the Scoil Iosa hurling team who had a great victory in the Schools' Division 1 County Hurling Final. They beat Tooreen NS on a scoreline of 6-8 to 2-2.  The panel was Mark Duffy, Paddy Dozio, Neil Dozio, James Brennan, Shane Morrisroe, Thomas Duffy, Luke Connor, Darragh MacNicholas, Jamie Duffy, Oisin Quigley, Paddy Ward, James Keaveney, Leanne Collins, Claire Coleman, Shane Doorley-Coleman, Kian Parsons, Ruairi Redmond, Keith Collins, Ryan Murphy and Oisin Regan.

National Learning Network (NLN) in Castlerea are holding a plant sale on Wednes. 19th, Thurs. 20th & Friday 21st June 9.00am -12 noon at the tunnels located beside Castlerea Fire station (opposite the railway station). Yvonne Rogan, an NLN staff member is currently undertaking rigorous training & fundraising in order to raise money for the centre in Castlerea by climbing Kilimanjaro in October. There are various amounts of plants and shrubs on offer.
Music in Davys –  Traditional music Sunday night with Joe Grady. All musicians welcome.
