Wedding Anniversary: Congratulations to Owen & Marian Callaghan, Rooskey who celebrated 40 years of marriage recently.

National Heritage Week takes place 18th 25th Aug. It is planned to have a 5k heritage walk/cycle Sun. 25th Aug. @ 4pm starting at Scoil Iosa. More details later.
Swimming Lessons and Water Safety Week: takes place at Charlestown Swimming Pool on Monday, 22nd July. Registration at 9:30 a.m. €25 per person. €5 discount for each additional family member. Learn: how to swim, water safety strokes,water safety knowledge, resuscitation and preparation for lifeguard exams.
Sligo Rovers Summer Camp takes place in Bellaghy Park, Charlestown from Monday July 29th until Friday August 2nd daily from 10.30am - 3pm. It is open to boys and girls aged 5-16 aimed to develop their fundamental skills through practice and participation in non-competitive drills in a safe and fun environment. All coaches are vetted certified FAI coaches including Sligo Rovers first team players. The cost per child is €55, €95 for two children from one family and €125 for three from one family.
