The Light is On For You
: The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) will be available in both
churches this Sunday March 24th from 5 – 6 pm. Fr. Joseph Gavigan will be in
Carracastle Church seated in one of the seats at the front so that there is the
option of face to face confession by entering same seat or of anonymity by
entering seat behind him. Fr. Martin Henry will be in the confessional in
Rooskey Church. Thanks to them both for being available to bring God's peace,
joy and reconciliation through the sacrament as we approach Easter.
Adoration for one hour following Mass of The Lord's Supper on Holy Thursday

Carracastle /Kilmovee Drama 3 Act Hilarious Play ‘The Maiden
Aunt’ in Carracastle Community Centre Good Friday night at 8pm. Adm €10.
Proceeds go to Scoil Iosa.
Defibrillator:
The Carracastle AED Group are seeking donations for the upkeep of the
Defibrillator. This is a very important piece of equipment for the Community.
Envelopes are provided at the Church doors & place in collection basket.

St. Josephs School Reunion: On Dec.
29th 2013, a school reunion for the Marist Convent in Charlestown will be held
before it gets handed over to the VEC. It is hoped to have the School opened on
the day so that past pupils can meet up & greet old teachers, & friends,
& take a walk down memory lane, the day will finish off with a function
hopefully to be held in the complex. Committee have requested people to send
them their email that they can keep them updated on plans.Old photos &
stories are needed as this reunion will cover all past pupils from the oldest
