Year of Faith officially ends this weekend with Feast of Christ the King but every church year invites us to grow and deepen our faith. Copies of YOUCAT(Youth Catechism of the Catholic Church) will be available at churches doors over coming weekends and each home is invited to take one to help support and engage our faith journey in a way that is easy to read & discuss.
St. Vincent De Paul Churchgate Collection will take place at both Churches next weekend 30th Nov. & 1st Dec.

Kilmovee Comhaltas Xmas Concert - Craobh Sheosaimh Mhic Ghabhainn C.C.E. will be holding their annual fundraising Christmas concert on Sunday 1st December in Kilmovee Community Centre starting at 2pm. This will be a great opportunity for those attending our branch music classes to display and share what they’ve learned throughout the year. A great afternoon of music, song & dance is promised with lots of great prizes up for grabs in the raffle. Admission is €5 for adults and kids go free. Your support would be greatly appreciated so we look forward to seeing a good turnout on the day.
Self Help Africa - Churchgate Collection will take place at both Churches weekend 7/8 Dec.
Carers Association & the Mayo Volunteer Centre will be hosting the Carers Appreciation Day for family carers throughout the county (both present and former) in Breaffy House Hotel Tues, 26th Nov. 11am – 3pm.
The Mayo Stroke Support Group in association with Croí, the West of Ireland Cardiac Foundation will hold its next meeting, a social Christmas Event on Thurs 28th Nov. in the Museum of Country Life, Turlough between 11.30am - 2pm.
Mayo Cancer Support Association - A Support Group meeting for people living with or surviving cancer will take place at Rock Rose House, Castlebar on Thursday 28th November at 7pm. Guest speaker on diet will attend. More information from 094 9038407.
