Catholic Schools Week is being celebrated this year on the week beginning Sunday January 27, and continues to Sunday February 3. Theme: Sharing the Good News. Mass in Tubbercurry Church at 7.30pm on Wednesday January 30th. All are welcome.
Grandparents Day will be celebrated this year in Scoil Iosa , Carracastle on Friday 1st February at 11am. All Grandparents in the Parish are welcome.
Public Meeting in Community Centre at 8pm on Tuesday 29th January. Agenda: Carracastle Gathering and Text Alert System for the local community to protect against intruders. Everyone encouraged to support both initiatives.

Crib Donations – Thank you for your generous donations to the crib in the two churches lodged to the Gena Heraty Haiti Fund. €500 from Carracastle & €500 from Rooskey.
Thank you to all who took down trees, cribs and put away Christmas decorations.
Good luck to the players from our parish and all the Charlestown Sarsfields team who play Cookstown of Tyrone in the all Ireland intermediate club semi final on Sunday 27th January at 2pm in Longford. Congrats to David Caffrey who picked up his second club all star last month at a function held in the Knockranny hotel.
Seisiún na nÓg will take place in Kilmovee Community Centre on Sunday 3rd Feb from 2pm-3:30pm. All welcome for what is always a great afternoon of music, song & dance
